POOR PARIS
The 25-year-old was pulled over on Sunset Boulevard at roughly 11 p.m. The stop took place just after Hilton had left the West Hollywood Virgin Megastore, where, per rep Elliot Mintz, she had just finished picking up some movies on disc.
Los Angeles County sheriff's deputies say they spotted Hilton's blue Bentley Continental GTC motoring rather quickly down the road sans headlights. Upon pulling over the Simple Life star, deputies learned that she was driving with a suspended license, which resulted in a ticket and the impounding of her posh ride.
THAT DIDN'T TAKE LONG
Nicole Richie is rumoured to be getting engaged to Joel Madden.The Simple Life star and the Good Charlotte frontman visited Los Angeles jewellery store XIV Karats on February 19.
Nicole, 25, tried on several ruby necklaces before buying one for half-price at $7000. The couple then looked at the engagement rings, which were also in the sale.
An employee told Life and Style Weekly magazine: "Of course he would never get her a half-price ring.
"You can tell they're crazy about each other. His arm was around her the entire time."
Nicole, the adopted daughter of singer Lionel Richie, began dating Joel late last year, shortly after he split from actress Hilary Duff.
I get the feeling this won't last. I don't know why. They are cute together though.
