This adorable kid is 7 year old Shane Bernier. When he was 5, he was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia. He relapsed while going through treatment in 2006. He has been positive throughout this, and he has one wish that we can all help him fulfill. He wants to break the record for the most birthday cards received.
